These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClockSynk website, forms, and software platform (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using ClockSynk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You agree to use ClockSynk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose

Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data

Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair functionality

2. Accounts and Access

If you are granted access to ClockSynk’s software:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree to notify ClockSynk immediately of any unauthorized use

ClockSynk reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by ClockSynk are owned by or licensed to ClockSynk and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent.

4. Platform Availability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

ClockSynk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and reserves the right to:

Modify or discontinue features

Perform maintenance or updates

Temporarily suspend access when necessary

5. Disclaimers

ClockSynk provides digital tools for game timing, scoring, display, and operational support.

ClockSynk is not responsible for:

Human error in data entry or operation

Decisions made based on displayed information

Game outcomes, officiating decisions, or event management

Use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClockSynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

ClockSynk’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, for use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClockSynk from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

8. Governing Law

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
